Yam Flour

Our Yam Flour is produced from a root tuber, called Yam, which is grown across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean’s. The yams are peeled, washed, and cut into pieces; then left to dry naturally in the sun, so all the natural flavors and nutrients are retained. This results in our sun-ripened, nutrient rich yams that are milled into this fine flour.
